Le Black Book’s Director – Kath Purkis

Kath Purkis, a young 22 year old entrepreneur that has a passion a vision.  This passion and vision is what drove Kath to develop the Le Black Book concept. Kath has previously been exposed to many facets of the Australian fashion industry. Prior to developing Le Black Book, Kath was working for one of Australia’s leading designers, Akira Isogawa.

Kath is from a generation that is very technologically savvy. As with any business, evolution is key. The next step of fashion branding outside the retail realm is the internet portal. Many women are time poor and often rush a bout of shopping, ultimately not finding the product they desired. At Le Black Book, Kath has catered to business women, mothers, students and of course the manic lives of those who work in the fashion industry. Time is such a precious thing and Le Black Book aims to give customers what they are searching for in minimal time, with minimal stress… wearing minimal make up.

Fashion is here to inspire women and Kath has selected Australasian designers that excite customers male or female. Kath has selected key pieces from each designer’s collections; ensuring customers remain passionate about their shopping experience.
