Matthias Larcher is the Executive Chef at Ablaze Grill + Bar & hails from an award winning career in some of the finest restaurants in Europe including Italy, Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Amongst his many accolades are the achievement of Michelin stars for various restaurants and awards of excellence. With his cultured experience Matthias has contributed much towards some of Sydney’s most esteemed restaurants, hotels and event centres including but not limited to Sheraton on the Park, Ritz Carlton, Aqua Vista, Le Montage and Cine Restaurant + Bar.

He has been creating premium quality dishes for over fifteen years with original, delectable and creative products made from the freshest ingredients that distinguish his style of cuisine as a leader in the food industry.
